Areva Group India started small back in 2010, with a simple goal: do good, honest construction work. Over the years, that small team grew into a full-service company covering construction, interior design, project management, and more, but our core values never changed. We still show up, listen carefully to what our clients want, and build with the same care we’d want for our own homes. It’s this approach that’s helped us earn the trust of clients across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

25 Years of Building. One Philosophy That Has Never Changed.
Areva Group’s story began 25 years ago, with something that has remained at the heart of the company ever since: hard work, hands-on experience, and the belief that things should be done properly.
We did not begin with the intention of becoming everything we are today. We began by learning the business from the ground up, working closely with construction and manpower, understanding what it takes to deliver on site, and building relationships one project at a time.
Those early years were about learning the realities of the industry. Construction is not simply about putting materials together. It is about people, planning, coordination, precision, problem-solving, and the ability to keep moving when things inevitably do not go according to plan.
Every project taught us something.
Every site added experience.
Every challenge strengthened the way we worked.
And over time, that experience grew into something much larger.
From Experience to Expertise
As our capabilities developed, so did the scope of what we could take on. What started with construction and manpower gradually evolved into a multidisciplinary group offering civil works, interior contracting, project management, steel works, MEP, and manpower solutions.
This evolution was driven by a simple understanding: a successful project cannot be viewed as a collection of separate tasks.
Civil work connects with interiors. Interiors depend on MEP. Design decisions affect execution. Timelines depend on coordination. And ultimately, every part of a project depends on people who understand their responsibility and can work together.
That is why we have continued to build capabilities across the project lifecycle, allowing us to approach projects not just as contractors, but as teams responsible for turning ideas into finished spaces.
Over the years, our work has taken us across homes, hotel interiors, restaurants, embassy spaces, commercial environments, institutional projects, and specialised developments. Each has brought its own requirements, challenges, and expectations, but the objective has remained consistent: understand what needs to be achieved, plan carefully, execute responsibly, and leave behind work that stands up to scrutiny.
Our leadership team’s professional experience has further strengthened this foundation, with exposure to organisations such as Larsen & Toubro, Gammon India, and multinational project management consultancies, bringing together technical knowledge, project management, execution, design, and business expertise.

Our team has been associated with projects involving some of the most recognised names in hospitality and institutional development, including JW Marriott New Delhi, The Westin Gurgaon, The Leela Gurgaon, CMC, and DMC Medical Colleges.
These experiences have given us exposure to the standards and complexities involved in delivering sophisticated projects, while reinforcing something we learned in our earliest years: a project is only as good as its execution.

The People Behind the Journey
At Areva, our growth has always been closely connected to the people who have shaped it.
Chiranjiv Singh, MBA, brings technical and management expertise together with extensive experience in project environments. Having worked with multinational project management consultancies on projects including JW Marriott New Delhi, The Westin Gurgaon, The Leela Gurgaon, CMC, and DMC Medical Colleges, he brings an understanding of large-scale project coordination, execution, and professional project management.
For Chiranjiv, the work is ultimately about bringing imagination into reality: taking an idea that exists on paper and transforming it into something real, functional, and beautiful.
Simran Kaur, B.Pharm., MBA, brings an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented perspective to Areva. Her journey into entrepreneurship began in 2010, and over the years she has developed a strong interest in creativity, innovation, and the details that can transform an ordinary outcome into an exceptional one.
Her philosophy is simple: a positive outlook towards life can lead to the most amazing things. At Areva, that perspective translates into an emphasis on creative thinking, innovative talent, attention to detail, and the willingness to look at possibilities rather than limitations.
Together, these different perspectives form an important part of what Areva has become: a company where technical knowledge, execution experience, structured management, creativity, and entrepreneurship come together.

But we do not see 25 years as a finish line.
We see it as proof of what can be built through consistency.
